A user is defined as an email address. If the email address already exists, it will not be a duplicate and the existing user will not be affected by any new settings you set during the import (such as policy and group membership).
If you use the "Invite user" function and the user (defined as an email address) already exists in the organization, it will not be accepted. You will see the duplicate(s) highlighted in red in the right section.
Create an excel sheet with 3 columns that have the headings: email, first name, last name. Fill in email addresses (mandatory) and first name and/or last name. Save the document as CSV (comma delimited) (*.csv).
It can be due to several things: 1 You have been removed by an admin. 2 You have already created an account (possibly in another organization) Solution: If you have created an account, try logging in. You have an account if you continue after entering your username and clicking "continue". If you know you haven't already created an account, ask your admin to delete you and add you again and a new link will appear.
